Following a run of intimate shows including London’s Islington Assembly Hall and The Brudenell in Leeds, Marr will return to bigger stages in November. The new tour will kick off in Belfast on November 1, before visiting a further 12 cities. It will conclude in the legendary musician’s hometown of Manchester on November 18.

Johnny Marr will play:

Belfast, Ulster Hall (November 1)
Dublin, National Stadium (2)

Norwich, UEA (4)
Birmingham, O2 Institute (5)
Bath, Forum (6)
Cardiff, Great Hall (8)
Brighton, Dome (9)
London, Roundhouse (11)
Sheffield, O2 Academy (13)
Newcastle, O2 Academy (14)
Glasgow, Barrowlands (15)
Liverpool, O2 Academy (17)
Manchester, O2 Apollo (18)

The Manchester icon will hit the road in support of his new album ‘Call The Comet’. Marr called ‘Call The Comet’ his “own magic realism.” “It’s set in the not-too-distant future and is mostly concerned with the idea of an alternative society,” he said. “The characters in the songs are searching for a new idealism, although there are some personal songs in there too. It’s something that people like me can relate to.”
