Thursday afternoon in York an escaped convict was caught trying to rob City Bank.  Our very own Officer Randal Shuck came to the rescue and saved the day.  Peace returned to the city as everyone went happily about their business.  Just kidding, Grand Opera House theatre staff are just having fun in anticipation of Mischief Theatre’s Olivier Award nominated West End smash hit comedy A Comedy About A Bank Robbery.

Now booking into its third year at the Criterion Theatre in London, Mischief Theatre’s smash-and-grab hit, The Comedy About A Bank Robbery, is a fast and fabulous comedy caper hailed the funniest show in the West End!  And it is coming to York next month, following the phenomenal sell-out success of its multi award-winning comedy  The Play That Goes Wrong last year.

The Comedy about a Bank Robbery runs for one week only at the Grand Opera House York from Tuesday 5 – Saturday 9 February.

Tickets from £13 from box office on 0844 871 3024 or online at www.atgtickets.com/york
