Arcade Fire – WE

Arcade Fire is one of the greatest names to come out during the 2000s. The band founded by Win Butler and Josh Deu has been in the headphones of many students. Back when essay custom writing was only nascent, the dorms were filled with the sounds of their debut album Funeral. Their newest album, “WE,” sounds like the band is going back to the original style.

At least, this is an impression that the first two-part single gives. Arcade Fire recently uploaded the song called “The Lightning I, II” to YouTube. The record is produced by Nigel Godrich, Win Butler, and Regine Chassagne. Arcade Fire’s newest record will be divided into the “I” and “We” parts.

Butler shared it in a poem-like statement. The message refers to Budda, Carl Jung, and Martin Luther King Jr. It seems that the record will be a mix of jazz, indie rock, and baroque pop. The band has been teasing the new record for several years. Arcade Fire’s previous album, “Everything Now,” was released in 2017. The new album will get out on May 6, 2022.

Not many UK bands can boast the success of the Sheffield-based rock band Arctic Monkeys.
