Ahead of supporting Louis Tomlinson across the UK & Europe, as well as his own forthcoming headline tour, rising UK artist ADMT today announces his long-awaited and deeply personal debut album From Good To Bad And Then Back Again – out May 15th via BMG Records.

A raw, soul-stirring reflection on struggle and survival, From Good To Bad And Then Back Again is loaded with emotion and honesty as ADMT lays bare some of the hardest chapters of his life. The record is also driven by a deeper sense of responsibility and addresses subjects that matter, including poverty, housing issues, youth education, and especially mental health.

“This album is me trying to understand what it is to be human”, Adam explains. “Some love, some loss, some happiness and a lot of time spent learning about myself and the journey it takes to become who I want to be. It’s growth, making mistakes, feeling everything a bit too much and not always knowing where to put it. Every low and every setback, every moment I felt off track all led me back to myself in the end. I think a lot of the time we go from Good To Bad And Then Back Again, and that’s what it is to be alive.”

Today also sees another stunning new offering in new single “Turn the Page’ – a heartfelt reflection on love and regret. It’s a poignant anthem about heartbreak, growth, and the difficult act of letting someone close the book and move forward without you – listen here. The album also includes the sensational previous singles ‘Cover To Cover’ & the acoustic-driven ‘Homeless’.

Hailing from Doncaster, Yorkshire, and known for writing from the heart, ADMT (real name Adam Taylor)’s music has always been a reflection of his lived experiences, from growing up in a difficult family environment to battling through mental health struggles. His background, steeped in perseverance, and Northern grit, gives his music a grounding that few artists can claim.
