Multi-platinum selling indie pop band Bastille today announce two headline shows in Yorkshire next summer.
The four-piece, fronted by vocalist Dan Smith, alongside Kyle Simmons on keys, bass and guitarist Will Farquarson and drummer Chris ‘Woody’ Wood, has revealed it will be playing TK Maxx presents Scarborough Open Air Theatre on Saturday July 11. They then make the journey to Halifax to headline Live at The Piece Hall on Friday August 28.
They will be joined in Scarborough by special singer-songwriter Nectar Woode and in Halifax by emerging artist Carpetman.

Multi-award-winning songwriter, producer and frontman Richard Ashcroft has today announced a new Scarborough date for his 2026 tour.
The two-time Ivor Novello and triple BRIT Award winner has revealed he will be heading to TK Maxx presents Scarborough Open Air Theatre on Saturday June 27. Support will come from original Kasabian frontman Tom Meighan, while Yorkshire indie rockers Apollo Junction will open the show.

Richard Ashcroft’s 2026 tour follows a phenomenal year in 2025, which saw him earning rapturous, stadium-wide receptions as special guest to Oasis through their run of huge summer shows.
With a strong and dedicated fan base, Apollo Junction will open the show. Most recently the band released their second album What In The World born from highs, lows, countless gigs, and all the chaos in between.
Richard Ashcroft joins the likes of Bastille, CMAT, Bowling For Soup and Frank Turner & The Sleeping Souls, The Streets, Madness, Garbage and Skunk Anansie, Paul Weller, The Kooks and American vocal powerhouse Teddy Swims among the headliners already announced for TK Maxx presents Scarborough Open Air Theatre 2026.
