Fresh off the back of a run of sold-out solo in-store dates, Miles Kane has released ‘Without You,’ the latest preview to be taken from his forthcoming new album Sunlight In The Shadows. The album comes October 17th on Easy Eye Sound. Listen to ‘Without You’ HERE.

A throwback guitar driven rocker, ‘Without You’ is a vibe filled track made for packing the dancefloor. “For me, the track is a rock n roll creeper,” Miles says of the track. “The underdog of the album that has that 70s dark vibe to it. It was one of the very first tunes Dan and I wrote together and it’s still got that rawness to it.”

Produced by Dan Auerbach of The Black Keys, Sunlight In The Shadows is 12 tracks of psyche infused rock’n’roll. Layered with lush, screeching guitars and packed to the brim with hooks, the album delicately toes the line between raw, energetic rock and laid-back crooning anthems, all with a sprinkling of Miles’ signature rippled tremolo guitar and a whole lot of fun.

Teaming up with a host of incredible musicians for the record, Kane and Auerbach wrote the album’s eleven original songs with contributions from Pat McLaughlin, Daniel Tashian and The Black Keys drummer Patrick Carney. Auerbach sings backing vocals and plays on every track, as part of the record’s guitar army with Tom Bukovac, guitarist Nick Bockrath of Cage The Elephant and Barrie Cadogan from British garage futurists Little Barrie.

Following a run of dates with The Black Keys in July and an electrifying main stage performance at TRNSMT, Miles will play two very special stripped back solo UK in-store shows at London’s Rough Trade East on October 16th, with a headline tour set to be announced soon. More info HERE.
