Belle & Sebastian and Ben Howard have been announced as headliners for On The Mount at Wasing, one of the UK’s most distinctive concert series which returns in 2026, set within a spectacular woodland amphitheatre in Berkshire.
Headlining on Sunday 28 June, Belle & Sebastian will perform their iconic album ‘If You’re Feeling Sinister’ in full, as well as a second set of favourites. They’ll also be joined by very special guests, Saint Etienne.
Ben Howard will headline the series on Friday 3 July, joined by special guests This Is The Kit.
Belle & Sebastian and Ben Howard join the previously announced MIKA who will headline on Friday 26 June, Pixies, who will headline on Saturday 27 June, Alabama Shakes on Thursday 2 July, and Self Esteem who will headline on Saturday 4 July.
On The Mount at Wasing unfolds on the breathtaking Wasing Estate (pronounced Way-zing) near Reading. At the heart of the countryside lies The Mount – a natural enclave unlike any other.
Very special guests for the show Saint Etienne are one of the UK’s most treasured pop groups, known for their songs like Only Love Can Break Your Heart, Nothing Can Stop Us, and You’re in a Bad Way. Following the success of their most recent album ‘International’ released last year, the band announced their farewell tour for September 2026.
Since releasing his triple-platinum debut album ‘Every Kingdom’ in 2011, Ben Howard has carved out a singular creative path. First celebrated for the intimate, acoustic songwriting that produced hits like the UK Top 10 single Only Love, he quickly earned critical attention, including a Mercury Prize nomination, and two BRIT Awards for British Male Solo Artist and British Breakthrough Act.
