Yusuf/Cat Stevens has announced a UK and North American book tour, titled Cat On The Road To Findout – An Evening Of Tales, Tunes And Other Mysteries taking place through September and October. The tour accompanies the release of Yusuf’s long-awaited memoir, Cat On The Road To Findout.
Launching in the UK on 18th September, the new autobiography is an extraordinary soul-baring journey through the triumphs, trials, and transcendental quest of one of music’s most enigmatic figures of our time.
Following on from the formula of Yusuf’s momentous ‘A Cat’s Attic’ tour, Cat On The Road To Findout – An Evening Of Tales, Tunes And Other Mysteries is an intimate night where stories, songs, and truths intertwine. Each night, Stevens will engage in an in-depth conversation about his life and memoir, which chronicles his evolution from chart-topping pop star to spiritual explorer. The evening will also feature select unplugged performances of songs that have defined generations, offering an up-close journey through the life and music of one of our most beloved artists.
More than a performance, it’s a portal into Yusuf/Cat Stevens’ universe: personal art, illustrations and photographs, flickering film, and treasured artifacts invite the audience deeper into his journey, while live and recorded music and candid tales illuminate the man behind the myth.
UK fans can access an exclusive artist presale from Wednesday 21st May at 10am here. O2 Priority members presale begins on Wednesday 21st May at 10am. Live Nation and Venue pre-sales can be accessed on Thursday 22nd May at 10am. General on sale begins on Friday 23rd May at 10am here.
