Well ….. it’s been some year for Susie and of course she has written it all down.
Myth informed will be another cracker of a show in the next episode in Susie’s life. Susie is wondering why she has never caught a death from not wearing a jumper or never had piles from sitting on a cold step. We believe these things but now live in a world with so much disinformation, so what is true and what isn’t? However, have we always had disinformation?
Susie McCabe is one of the UK’s most sought-after stand-up comedians, renowned for her brilliant storytelling, sharp observations and killer punchlines. Her career has risen rapidly, with national tours alongside some of comedy’s biggest names, including Kevin Bridges and Frankie Boyle.
A firm festival favourite, Susie has enjoyed numerous sell-out performances at the Glasgow International Comedy Festival, including three sold-out shows at Glasgow’s King’s Theatre, as well as successful appearances at venues across Scotland. Her latest show, Coming of Rage, played to packed audiences throughout the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
Susie is also a familiar face and voice on British television and radio, regularly appearing on Have I Got News For You, Live at the Apollo, Breaking the News, The News Quiz, Just a Minute and Times Radio. She has also appeared on Frankie Boyle’s New World Order and regularly contributes to sports coverage on Off The Ball and the Six Nations Breakfast Show.
