All Points East presents In The Neighbourhood which returns to London’s Victoria Park this summer for an amazing four-day programme of the biggest and best summer activities and entertainment for all ages – all of which you can enjoy for FREE!  The free programme, in collaboration with Tower Hamlets Council, the local community and local organisations, takes place between two massive weekends of music from headliners including Gorillaz, Chemical Brothers, Kraftwerk, Tame Impala, The National, Disclosure and Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds. In The NBHD gets the bank holiday vibes started early from Sunday 21st August – Wednesday 24th August, making it the perfect destination for families and fun-loving Londoners.

This summer, In The Neighbourhood have partnered with more local organisations than ever before to put on a jam-packed week of entertainment, including a Walkabout Entertainment throughout the event, ensuring everyone is immersed in the delight that is In The NBHD.

The Outdoor Cinema is back with a fantastic lineup once again, pleasing both young and old alike. Movies include children’s favourites (The IncrediblesSpiderman – No Way Home), 80s classics (Back To The FutureDirty Dancing), musicals (Mamma Mia) and new releases (The Bad Guys).

Ever fancied trying out a new sport? In The Neighbourhood has you covered! Saracens Rugby, West Ham FC and Tower Hamlets Tennis will be holding Give-It-A-Go Sports Sessions where you can try your hand at cricket, rugby, football and tennis. Whether you’ve played before or haven’t, this is the perfect opportunity to give it a try!

There are also loads of DJs, live music entertainment and sessions from ELAM if the music at All Points East wasn’t quite enough – acts to be announced soon.

Join the V&A museum for a range of activities, or channel your creativity with Arts & Crafts. You can choose to harness your musical side with South London Samba, or have a cool down in the Yoga Drop In Sessions. Kids can have some fun in the Kids’ Play Zone or join the SAE Institute for an Immersive Sound Installation exhibition. There’s even more for children to get excited for with the magical and witty storytelling by Children’s Theatre.

Hip Hop Bingo has arrived to give bingo more of an exciting twist, and there’s also a Deaf Rave, providing some inclusive entertainment for both the hearing and hearing impaired. If you want to unleash your creative side, the Royal LDN are holding a drawing workshop, with Kids Science Workshops being held throughout the days to inspire young minds.

Gorillaz headline as a UK festival exclusive on Friday 19 August, opening two huge weekends for All Points East. APE Presents: Field Day returns on Saturday 20 August with a jaw dropping double headliner featuring two of electronic music’s biggest ever names, The Chemical Brothers and Kraftwerk. The following weekend sees the highly anticipated Tame Impala (Thursday 25 August), the welcome return of The National (Friday 26 August), essential UK dance duo Disclosure (Saturday 27 August) and one of the greatest live acts performing today, Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds (Sunday 28 August).

Remaining in August but reverting to its double weekends format, All Points East 2022 takes place on Friday August 19 and Saturday August 20th and then the whole August bank holiday weekend from Thursday August 25th to Sunday August 28th. Once again, the festival is the place to experience the greatest nights of music from the world’s best live acts and discover your new favourite bands.
