Experiences…

During the day, a popular inclusion for all ages is celebrity survival expert Will Lord, who will be presenting his Prehistoric Experiences. A visit to his pre-historic set-up casts your minds back thousands of years in time. Will and his team will be teaching skills from the Stone Age period, giving you the opportunity to dab your hand at the ancient craft of flint knapping, fire lighting, natural cordage and butchery, plus the live cooking of a Euston Estate deer.

Not only has Will helped prepare TV presenter Ed Stafford, for his TV series ‘Naked and Marooned,’ and was Ed’s competitor on TV series ‘First Man Out,’ he recently filmed with Ben Fogle for “New Lives in the Wild.” Then he was selected as a specialist instructor for Ray Mears. The go-to ancient skills man!

In addition, the “Back to Wilderness” team will be providing a selection of short workshops. Learn how to give life to fire, carve a spoon, make a small basket, see a variety of survival traps from around the world, and you can also learn the art of axe & knife throwing.

There will be vintage stores galore, cigar box guitar workshops, flower headdress workshops, devil’s poker lounge, a croquet lawn, football tables and more.
