The seventh edition of Gilles Peterson’s We Out Here Festival wrapped up last night following a joyful weekend of music, food, talks, workshops, family activities and more. Selling out for the sixth consecutive year, the festival welcomed its biggest audience to date, bringing an eclectic programme of music from all around the world.
For those eager to secure tickets for next year, dates for We Out Here 2027 have been confirmed as 19th-22nd August. Returning festival goers can secure tickets on Thursday 27th August at 10am, with early-bird going on sale on Tuesday 8th September at 10am – customers can sign up for early-bird access on the We Out Here website. Coach and shuttle bus tickets will also be available from then. Festival attendees are encouraged to book these to keep We Out Here 2027 as environmentally friendly as it can be.
Beyond the music, festival-goers were treated to a broad range of activities and experiences as part of the wider programme. The Sanctuary provided a space for connection, reflection, creativity and collective resilience with an expanded programme exploring wellbeing, creativity, mental health, movement and community care, alongside swimming, yoga, saunas, hot tubs and more. The Talks Tent facilitated fascinating insights on an array of topics, while onsite restaurant On Rotation kept attendees fed with guest chefs offering culinary delights.
