Aitch drops new EP, POLARIS. The hefty 8-track project is proof of just why the 20 year old is the name on everyone’s lips. Paying homage to his northern roots, the EP is named after the Polaris star, located at the end of the handle of the Little Dipper, approximately 408 light years from Earth. Polaris is also known as the NORTH STAR.

Following on from his high-octane performance of “Raw” at Radio 1’s Big Weekend, Aitch hit his already ecstatic fans with another dose of new music – this time in the form of “30”, a single made with the intention of giving energy that landed late last night with a Mancheter-filmed, fast and furious visual. Just a few hours earlier Aitch had generated fan hysteria with the announcement of POLARIS. Featuring never before heard tracks “Safe To Say”, “Zombie”, “Triggered”, “Like Them” and the ode to his home-town “Moston”, the unexpected project serves as a dexterous display of skill from the elite Mancunian rapper. POLARIS also features Aitch’s hit single “Rain”, a collaborative release with AJ Tracey, which after charting Top 5, has stuck in the UK Top 20 ever since.

With his witty and rapid wordplay and versatility, Aitch is a shining light on the UK music scene; a chart dominating force to be reckoned with. Awe-inspiringly adapting his trademark flow to any beat, Aitch has enlisted production on POLARIS from long term-collaborator and fellow Mancunian Whyjay, (“Moston”/ “30” / “Raw” alongside Sangy), as well as big time producer  Kenny Beats (Gucci Mane), (“Safe To Say” / “Zombie”), Cubeatz (“Safe To Say”) and Nils (“Zombie”), the Grammy nominated Tay Keith, (“Rain”), AOD (“Like Them”) and the incredibly talented Nastalgyia x Sykes (“Triggered”).

Undoubtedly one of the biggest success stories of the last year, Aitch’s  debut offering “Straight Rhymez’‘ has now garnered well over 19 million views, being credited as the video that propelled him into the limelight and released with the help of Northern Quarterz, his management team.

Since then Aitch has gone on to make a solid mark on the scene nationally, with a Brit Award nomination under his belt and a Global Award win for ‘Best New Artist.’ His video for single “Taste (Make It Shake)” has accrued 28Mviews, and at one point he even featured on four songs in the UK Official Chart at one time. A keen collaborator and integral part of the UK Rap Scene, Aitch has seen huge success with his features on Young T and Bugsey “Strike Me A Pose” (Platinum), Russ x Tion Wayne “Kesha Becky (Remix)”, Ed Sheeran “Take Me Back To London”and his most recent with DigDat on “Ei8ht Mile.”  Not forgetting the aforementioned  chart scaling collaborative single with AJ Tracey – “Rain.”

With his talents recognised across the board, Aitch is unstoppable. He is YouTube’s ‘Artist On The Rise’, has 1.6 million followers on Instagram alone and has support from the likes of Stormzy, Ed Sheeran, The Face, Clash, The Guardian, Vogue and more.  Follow Aitch’s journey here:
