Emma Blackery, rapidly rising pop star, has today released her brand new single ‘Dirt’. Accompanying the song is the perfect pastel video, which finds the Essex-born singer leading a dance routine whilst also sipping tea and bathing in receipts as she sings her sassy song of revenge.
‘Dirt’ has been produced by Toby Scott (Little Mix, Girls Aloud, The Saturdays) and follows the release of her Magnetised EP last year. That EP clocked up millions of plays across streaming platforms following its artwork being used in the global reveal of the iPhone X, which catapulted her into international fame. Emma has now built a huge online following, with a social media reach of over 2.2 million fans worldwide.
She completed an extensive UK headline tour in support of the Magnetised EP, which finished with a sold-out headline show at London’s Shepherds Bush Empire. Working with some of the biggest names in pop, she has toured arenas across the country in support of Busted and played with the likes of Ella Eyre and Pixie Lott.
Now with the release of her brand new single ‘Dirt’, Emma Blackery has returned with an irresistible attitude and bold sound bursting with colour. 2018 looks set to be the year she cements herself as one of the favourite names in UK pop.
