Manchester 3 piece FALSE ADVERTISING are set to release their brilliant and vibrant, debut album ‘Brainfreeze’ on November the 8th through their new label, Alcopop (Art Brut, DZ Deathrays, Tigercub) with an extensive UK tour to follow. 

Having announced the signing this Summer, the band have also now released their new single+video for the towering ‘Influenza’ which is out now, AND have announced a UK headline tour in November to promote the new album. These dates follow a very busy summer which has taken in a tour with Jamie Lenman, headline shows across the country and appearances at Truck, Tramlines, The Great Escape, 2000trees Festivals and many more.

Returning with their explosive debut album ‘Brainfreeze’, the trio have received praise from the likes of NME, DIY and The Independent – with lead singer/guitarist Jen Hingley was also recently cited as #8 in Music Radar’s ‘Best New Guitarists in the world right now’ poll. Cutting their teeth supporting the likes of Idles + The Amazons, the band have an impressive live set and were even invited by The Cure’s Robert Smith to play his Meltdown Festival this year.
