Introducing the UK’s next top boyband… Here At Last. The five-piece, who have 3 million followers on TikTok and 100 million likes across their videos, today announce EP1, their first EP, and release new single, Bloodshot. Fans can preorder the EP here and it will be released on 26th May. The release of Bloodshot (listen here) comes a week ahead of Here At Last’s biggest show to date at Shepherd’s Bush Empire on Friday 17th February.
Speaking of the days ahead, Here At Last comment: “We don’t know what to even say about this week coming up, a new release that we all love and then the biggest headline show we have played as a band since we started. We have put so much work into this and we’re all blown away by what we have achieved so far. Now it’s time to enjoy every part of what is to come and we can’t wait to party with everyone next week!”
Bloodshot is the follow up to tracks Happy, which has had over 6 million streams on Spotify and over 280,000 creations on TikTok, and Tongue, which has scored over a million streams. On the day of release, Bloodshot was added to Spotify’s New Music Friday and Apple’s New Music Daily. Describing the new single, Here At Last add: “Bloodshot is a different twist to what we previously had released. It’s about the obsession one has with someone or something, it has a Billie Eilish vibe to it which we love a lot also!”. Despite being unsigned, their previous songs have received phenomenal support including from Spotify and Apple where they have been added to many playlists globally.
As well as the almost sold-out London Shepherd’s Bush Empire show, Here At Last also play dates at Manchester Club Academy on February 24th and Bristol The Exchange on February 25th. Both dates sold out in hours and followed four shows in Islington that sold out in minutes, at the O2 Academy2 in February 2022. They have had hundreds of plays across radio including at Radio 1 where they have had 10 plays and were picked as Mollie King’s Best New Pop. Their latest video was featured in Sunday Brunch, they have performed twice on CBBC’s Saturday Mash-Up and they have also been mentioned within a storyline in Channel 4’s Hollyoaks.
Currently living together in Reading, England, Here at Last, have made the leap from obscurity to one of the biggest band’s on TikTok in just a couple of years. Zach (from London), Tommy (from Exeter), Pedro (from Portugal), James (from Bolton) and Ryan (from Wales) had all been sharing covers and videos online individually but had been discussing meeting to form a band, when lockdown hit. With a huge leap of faith, and despite only being teenagers, they decided to move in together so they could give it their best shot. Paying the rent appeared to be another major hurdle, so the band appealed to their fans to find them jobs to keep their landlord happy and also started busking across the city.
