Emerging singer/storyteller Ian Harrison has announced his debut EP, Jealous, will arrive May 22nd 2026. Along with the announcement, Harrison taps into the familiar feeling of not wanting to let go on his new track, “Not Yours.” Pre-save Jealous and listen to the latest release HERE. Harrison is opening for Cooper Alan in the UK and will play in Birmingham tonight, before Bristol, Manchester and two nights in Glasgow.

For Harrison, Jealous gives a name to the quiet chaos of being 24 and unsure: unsure of what you want, how to get there, and why it feels like everyone else already has it figured out. While envy can easily become an all-consuming emotion, the rising talent views it as a guide – a totem that can encourage going deeper and seeking the answers within yourself instead of the lives and possessions of our neighbors. Across songs about longing, rejection, faith, and complacency, Harrison explores the messy, revelatory, formative experiences of early adulthood.

Meanwhile, Harrison describes “Not Yours,” the latest drop from the EP, as, “a song about not being able to move on from someone, but it’s more than just not wanting to; it’s about when there’s something in your heart or head holding you back. You can try over and over again to forget someone and get better but fail every time, even when the new person in front of you is perfect on paper.” The seven-song project also features previously released tracks “Cigarette” and “Games.”

Fresh off his debut performance at Extra Innings Festival, Harrison is currently in the UK supporting Cooper Alan on the TO THE PARK TOUR through April 29. Visit IanHarrisonMusic.com for more information and to purchase tickets.
