Molly Rainford and Alex Kirsch today release their brand new single ‘My Heart Is A Broken Record’. Out now and available to stream here.
Boasting an upbeat four to the floor house groove, the track explodes with colourful energy which makes it the perfect summer track. Their first collaboration but having grown up on the streets nearby in Essex, Molly and Alex are the perfect duo.
Three years since the release of her debut EP ‘Commitment EP’, Molly takes a leap of faith into the world of club infused soundscapes with the pumping vibrance of ‘Broken Record’. Running riot with rhythmic house-piano sequences and high impact synth production coming off the back of Alex, the track is pulled together through the infectious vocals and lyricism featured throughout by Molly.

MOLLY RAINFORD BIO
At just 22 years old, Molly has achieved more than most in the last decade of her career. Bursting onto TV screens at the age of 11 where she became the youngest ever finalist of Britain’s Got Talent in 2012, she has since made waves as; intergalactic popstar Nova Jones, in hit CBBC show Nova Jones, a finalist of 2022’s Strictly Come Dancing, as well as a rising TV personality. Heading back to where it all started, Molly Rainford returns this year as a face soon to be recognised as a musical talent.
ALEX KIRSCH BIO
Alex Kirsch is a 20 year old London based music producer, songwriter, DJ and model signed to Positiva/EMI Records. His first single ‘Never Let It Go’ has over 1.5 million streams to date. Alex co-wrote and produced ‘Set You Free’ by Bamy which has so far accumulated in excess of 2.6 million streams and he has produced singles for UK rappers such as LLs, RM and Jay Kae. Alex recently remixed Olly Murs’ single ‘Die Of a Broken Heart’ and when he’s not in the recording studio he’s often in photographic studios having modelled for companies such as Domino’s Pizza, Trainline, Ebay and a promo video for UK rapper Kwengface.
