Rock N Roll Circus is coming to London, with the award-winning live music and entertainment festival set to make its capital debut at Gunnersbury Park from 22-25 July 2027.
The independently run festival will expand to three UK locations in 2027, with the new London event joining established Rock N Roll Circus festivals in Sheffield and Norwich.
Since launching in 2022, the festival has welcomed tens of thousands of music fans and an impressive roll call of major British and international artists, including Queens of the Stone Age, Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds, The Streets, Richard Ashcroft and Self Esteem, while also championing a new generation of artists including Wunderhorse.
Rock N Roll Circus brings together major live music with circus performance, emerging talent and entertainment inside and around its spectacular Big Top, creating an accessible festival experience designed to offer much more than a traditional outdoor concert.
Rather than operating as one continuous weekend ticket, the festival runs as a series of individual show days, each with its own programme and headline artists. Festival goers can choose the day – or days – they want to attend, making the experience flexible for families, groups of friends and music fans of all generations.
With a compact festival site designed to be easy to navigate, the format has also proved popular with families and those looking for a first festival-style experience, alongside seasoned festival goers.
Its arrival at Gunnersbury Park will mark the next chapter for the event, while Rock N Roll Circus continues to build on its established festivals in Sheffield and Norwich.
The cultural and performance side of the Circus will also form an important part of its London debut. Rock N Roll Circus will be working together with the National Centre for Circus Arts, one of Europe’s leading circus training spaces, to bring hands-on circus workshops to Gunnersbury Park.
Many members of the Rock N Roll Circus performance team are alumni of the National Centre, creating a natural connection between the two organisations. Festival goers will have the opportunity to try their hand at circus skills, while the collaboration will also help shine a light on the development of the next generation of circus talent.
The National Centre for Circus Arts, based in Hoxton, welcomes around 900 participants every week and works across education, youth and recreational programmes as well as supporting more than 500 professional circus artists each year.
Emerging music will continue to play an important role too, with the festival traditionally using its second stage to provide a platform for new and upcoming artists alongside the major names appearing under the Big Top.

Norwich – Earlham Park: Thursday 19 – Sunday 22 August 2027
Sheffield – Don Valley Bowl: Thursday 26 – Sunday 29 August 2027
