Ahead of two UK dates at Bristol’s SWX on May 31st and London’s Royal Albert Hall on June 1st, St Vincent has released new single ‘Big Time Nothing’. Named Hottest Record in the World by BBC Radio 1, the track is the third cut to be taken from forthcoming album All Born Screaming, which arrives April 26th via Total Pleasure Records in partnership with Virgin Music Group.

Featuring a precarious balance of ennui and urgency underpinned by brainworm basslines, the newly unleashed track expands on the incendiary sonic palette of side one of the new album—forming a fiery trifecta with the “swaggering, stripped-down ball of energy” (FLOOD) that is ‘Flea’ and the “industrial menacing rock beast” (NME) of ‘Broken Man.’ Listen to ‘Big Time Nothing’ HERE.

The three-time GRAMMY winner’s first self-produced record and seventh album overall, All Born Screaming is an invitation from St. Vincent to test the limits of what is possible–and to then keep going; Brought to life with the aid of a highly curated roster of friends — Rachel Eckroth, Josh Freese, Dave Grohl, Mark Guiliana, Cate Le Bon, Justin Meldal-Johnsen, Stella Mogzawa and David Ralicke — the album is an unadulterated expression of St. Vincent’s singular vision.

Already confirmed for appearances at the Best Kept Secret Festival in The Netherlands and The Northside Festival in Denmark, St. Vincent recently announced four UK/Europe headline dates.

Kicking off at Bristol’s SWX on Friday May 31st, the run also sees St Vincent play a very special date at London’s Royal Albert Hall on Saturday June 1st. Long hailed as one of the most fascinating presences in modern music, St. Vincent will be bringing her mesmerising live show to these shores in the wake of the April 26 release of her incredible seventh album, All Born Screaming.
