Critically acclaimed British slide guitarist and singer songwriter “Troy Redfern” will embark on “Troy Redfern “Invocation” Headline UK Tour” on June 17th. The 11-date UK tour will showcase tracks from Redfern’s forthcoming studio album Invocation, plus songs from his extensive back catalogue. The highly anticipated concerts will showcase Redfern’s three-piece band comprising Troy Redfern (guitar, lead vocals), Keira Kenworthy (bass, backing vocals), and Nicky Waters (drums, percussion).

The headline tour follows the release of Troy Redfern’s latest recently singles “The Strange” and “Getaway” which are both taken from Redfern’s highly anticipated new album Invocation released Friday May 17th. The album is available to pre-order from www.troyredfern.com/shop.
For Redfern’s forthcoming hotly tipped album, Invocation, he wanted to write and record songs that sounded bigger and ballsier than his previous works. “The new songs embrace more of the rockier elements of my writing and playing,” says Redfern. “I’ve also given myself the creative freedom to explore and feel out other styles or aspects of my writing that have not been heard on any of my other albums.”
Continues Redfern, “As an artist, I feel it’s important to keep pushing and striving to refine your art, while staying true to your vision. It is important to know who you are as an artist, and on my recent singles, The Strange and Getaway, and the upcoming album, I think I have finally perfected my own signature sound.”
