On the track, cinematic piano underscores emotional verses. Boosted by guitars and a towering crescendo, it climaxes on the chantable and empowering chorus as Theresa proclaims, “I don’t care anymore I want to feel untouchable, spread my wings, fly way, touch the sky, and breathe it in, so give me my halo.” It showcases the band’s uncanny ability to send a melody to the heavens.
About the song Theresa commented, “This song feels a bit different from what we normally do. We wrote it on piano and it’s very beautiful. It’s about acceptance and feeling comfortable within yourself and sometimes the journey to that isn’t always pleasant but it’s essential.”
It notably arrived on the heels of the band’s latest singles PANIC and EP title track, Welcome To My House. Their accompanying music videos continue to draw fans into world surrounding the EP.
