Zak Abel, currently putting the finishing touches to his forthcoming album for new label BMG, today unveils his explosive new single ‘Dance With You (Comeback)’ – guaranteed to fill the dance floor. Listen HERE.

Bass-driven and rich in rhythm, ‘Dance With You (Comeback)’ is Zak Abel at his very best. Co-written with the impeccable Tom Misch, “are you ready for the comeback?” Zak sings; lyrics that resonate so strongly as he makes his welcome return, ringing in an exciting new phase in his career.

Of the track, Zak explains; “I wrote this with the legend Tom Misch as lockdown was just lifting. It’s kind of an ode to the freedom that I feel when I’m dancing and letting loose. I really missed that in lockdown and wanted to return to that feeling.’’

And let loose it does. Channelling every inch of dance floor sensibility, the track’s chorus explodes into life, with addictive melody and insatiable harmony.

The track also arrives ahead of Zak’s big UK & EU headline tour that kicks off in Aberdeen at the end of October, and will also see a date in the capital on November 24th at Brixton Electric – tickets here

London born, this British singer songwriter first rose to fame after providing guest vocals on Gorgon City’s UK Top 20 hit single ‘Unmissable’. He is a singular talent who writes and sings. Everything he has done so far has been building towards today.

Penning his own songs as a 14-year-old and uploading videos of his work to YouTube, it eventually led to him signing a record deal  with Atlantic in 2014 and meeting influential music producer, Joker. He then released a four-track EP in 2015, and collaborated with Tom Misch & Kaytranada, setting him up perfectly for the release of his 2017 debut album, Only When We’re Naked

Widely respected as a songwriter, he’s written hit records for Kygo, Avicii, R3hab & ZAYN.

He is Zak Abel, a reborn star for 2023, and hearing is believing.
