American Express presents BST Hyde Park Open House is inviting fitness enthusiasts to join Davina McCall for a Move & Mind mass-participant X-fight workout session. Inspired by martial arts, specialising in strength and conditioning, Davina will lead the workout alongside trainer and X-Fight pioneer Daniel Duckett on Monday 29 June 2026.
The workout session will be followed by a women’s health discussion hosted on BST Hyde Park’s iconic Great Oak Stage by content creator, podcaster & author Cat Sims, as Davina discusses her own personal journey, navigating health challenges and championing women everywhere. Davina will then be joined by her husband, Michael Douglas, a renowned TV hair expert, as they discuss the importance of learning to love yourself.
Presenter, fitness guru, author and mother, Davina McCall is one of the UK’s most loved TV personalities with a career spanning over 30 years. Davina has built a hugely successful fitness empire and is a successful author, featuring on the Sunday Times Bestseller list and winning Book of the Year for Menopausing. She’s spent decades inspiring others, championing wellness and promoting fitness at every age. Known for her at-home workout routines shared across her social channels, she’s now bringing that energy to a personal session in Hyde Park.
Move & Mind forms part of the BST Hyde Park’s Open House midweek series of events. Run With Mo! will involve an enjoyable 3km distance run, starting and ending at the BST Hyde Park’s Great Oak Stage. Mo and Adam Clarke (URUNN) will lead a group warm-up session onstage, then join the runners as they route through London’s idyllic Hyde Park on a summer evening, and all participants who complete the run will be given a commemorative Run With Mo! souvenir medal to celebrate the achievement. The event will also feature DJs, a live Q&A session with Mo hosted by Nihal Arthanayake on the iconic BST Hyde Park’s famous Great Oak Stage, discussing his achievements from his humble beginnings in Somaliland, sharing a
story of resilience, drive and passion.

BST Hyde Park Open House will be running for two weeks, from Monday 29th June to Thursday 2nd July and from Monday 6th July to Thursday 9th July, including a range of free events. Further details of the BST Hyde Park Open House programme are yet to be announced.
