Today rising alt-rock act D3LTA has released his stunning new single ‘Daydream’, which he’s set to debut live at this year’s The Great Escape. The track is available HERE.
The track follows the release of his incredible single ‘Mad About It’, a dizzying, edgy indie track that leans into the raw energy of alternative rock while carrying a nostalgic alt-pop glow. The new single ‘Daydream’ explores obsession, fantasy, and the blur between who someone really is and the version of them one creates inside their own head.
On the track he says, “Daydream is about romanticising the little moments that make life feel lighter. It’s that feeling of escaping into someone so deeply that, for a second, the world around you disappears.”
The single arrives following a recent UK tour run that saw D3LTA expand his audience across London, Manchester, and Glasgow. These shows marked another step in building his growing reputation as a captivating live performer, where the chant-driven energy of his music naturally translates to the stage. With more music on the rise and a debut album in the works, “Daydream” marks another step forward.
Drawing inspiration from artists such as David Bowie and Sam Fender, his sound balances dream-like elements with the immediacy of guitar-led alternative music. D3LTA has collaborated with producers including Jim Abbiss (Arctic Monkeys, Adele), Max Wolfgang (Ashnikko, BLACKPINK) and Neil Ormandy (James Arthur).
In 2025, the release of his single “Lonely Together” marked the beginning of a new creative chapter, earning praise from outlets including CLASH, SPIN Magazine and Rolling Stone UK. Alongside his growing international fanbase, D3LTA had emerged in the top 10 as one of the contenders to represent Greece at the Eurovision Song Contest 2026.
