There’s no slowing down for rising superstar G Flip as the latest project, ‘drumless’, is released and out now via Future Classic. The innovative EP features five tracks from the critically acclaimed album DRUMMER, reimagined unexpectedly, without the drums. Listen to drumless here.

Showcasing G Flip’s versatility and musical mastery, drumless transforms the energetic pulse of The Worst Person Alive into a slowed-down, introspective rendition, while also reshaping the Good Enough into a stripped-back, emotional ballad.

Of the release, G shares “I wrote my album DRUMMER from the drums up, so I thought it would be a fun experiment to reimagine some of my favourite songs on the album without drumkit. I love playing with arrangements, switching genres, changing tempos and keys, so it was a lot of fun messing around with all the songs to make them different and drumless. I’m very proud of this cheeky project and hope you enjoy it mates.”

Following a triumphant run of 3 sold out shows at London’s KOKO earlier this year, G Flip recently announced a return to the UK for this Autumn. Kicking off a headline tour at a sold out Brighton’s Chalk on 2nd September, then head to London where G Flip will play two shows at Shepherd’s Bush Empire on 3rd (sold out) and 4th September.

Last Summer saw the artist release a second album, DRUMMER, an ode to their love for the drums and what sparked their love for music in the first place. The 12-track body of work features singles including Be Your Man which has racked up 9+ million streams on Spotify alone
