My Chemical Romance have announced they will perform at Milton Keynes Stadium on Sat 20 June.

Tickets for the show go on sale at 9.30am on Fri 24 Jan and will be available from Ticketmaster and Gigs and Tours. They will be limited to six tickets per person for standing and four tickets per person for seating.

My Chemical Romance formed back in 2001 and over a 12-year stint together they released five EPs and four studio albums. Their seminal album, Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge, was released in 2002. The record propelled the group into the limelight and, thanks to fan-favorite tracks like ‘I’m Not Okay (I Promise)’, ‘Helena’ and ‘The Ghost of You’, was certified multi-platinum in five countries.

Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge was followed by The Black Parade, which made it to No. 2 on the UK album chart and featured hit singles like ‘Famous Last Words’, ‘I Don’t Love You’ and ‘Teenagers’.

Following a six-year split, the band reunited last year and celebrated their comeback with a reunion show in LA. The show sold out in four minutes and was shortly followed by the news of more tour dates. As of yet, it’s not certain if the group will release new music together in 2020.

The four-piece were cryptically teasing UK fans about a potential June show via social media late last year. The group posted the Union Jack flag emoji on their social media accounts before sharing a video with the flag and the month of June spelled out in the Theban alphabet.

Finally, the rumours can be put to bed as the band confirmed they’ll bring their reunion tour to Milton Keynes amidst dates in Japan, Australia and New Zealand.

Accessible/Wheelchair tickets will only be available from Stadium MK by calling the Box Office Disabled Access line on 01908 828740 or in person.

Coach packages will be available at https://www.biggreencoach.co.uk/
