This year, the iconic musician, producer, director, and performance artist, Peaches has brought her “theatrical, boundary-pushing” live shows to sold out stages across North America, UK and Europe.
Peaches announces 18 new North American tour dates kicking off September 1 in support of No Lube So Rude, her first full length album in 10+ years (out now via Kill Rock Stars). The forthcoming tour dates also follow April’s release of Peaches’ debut score for Netflix’s Big Mistakes from Emmy-award winning Dan Levy. Peaches co-created the score with GRAMMY-winning composer Nora Kroll-Rosenbaum.
To celebrate the tour announcement, Peaches has released the ‘Whatcha Gonna Do About It’ (I. JORDAN Remix). A longtime Peaches fan since first hearing her on a Ministry of Sound compilation at 13, I. JORDAN reimagines the cheeky song as a warm, euphoric house track, bringing their rave-infused sound to the song’s provocative core. The track joins previously released remixes by Boys Noize, Only Fire, Cora Novoa, and River Moon. There will be remixes released for every song on No Lube So Rude. Forthcoming remix artists include Sierra Veins, Pixel Grip featuring Joe Talbot from Idles, Fever Ray & Finnjävel, Jehnny Beth, and more
Peaches has partnered with PLUS1 so that $1 from every ticket sold on the North American headlining tour goes to support NOISE FOR NOW and their work to support grassroots organizations working tirelessly throughout the United States to provide and protect our Reproductive Rights. Headcount will also be present at select US tour dates to register voters and help check registration status. The newly announced tour dates are available for pre-sale on June 10 followed by general on-sale June 12.
After an incredible run of dates earlier this year, including a sold-out date at London’s O2 Kentish Town Forum and headlining The Great Escape Festival Peaches, who appeared on Bella Freud’s celebrated podcast Fashion Neurosis last month, will also return to the UK & EU for a run of shows through summer this year.
