Rising British indie artist Seb Lowe has today released his brand new single, ‘I Fell In Love With A Talking Head’. Listen to the single here.

The instantly catchy indie pop song tells the story of a break-up with a darker backdrop of social commentary exploring themes including toxic relationships and the commercialisation of the spread of hate in the media. The track features Seb’s signature witty, socially charged lyrics and spoken word elements, taking its lyrical inspiration from the likes of Pulp and Blur, alongside the uplifting sound of melodic guitars and sweeping strings.

The single is released with the B-side track ‘Kill Him He’s A Socialist’. The punk song features crashing drums, raw violin riffs and crunchy bass, teamed with politically charged lyrics commenting on the current political landscape in the UK. Listen to the powerful song here.

As with previous releases, the two new tracks include the fast-rising artist’s social commentary and clever lyrics which touch on the political themes of the day. Previously released tracks include the brilliant ‘Ode to Britannia’ and ‘Cavalryman’.

Following support slots with acclaimed artists including Paul Weller, Richard Ashcroft, Blossoms, Inhaler and Jamie Webster, Seb will play his first ever headline tour later this year. He will play shows across the UK in September including dates in London, Newcastle, Glasgow, Leeds and his hometown Manchester.
