Crossover dance-pop duo Seeb have teamed up with the instantly appealing vocal gift of BANNERS and in-demand producers SUPER-Hi for the brand new single ‘Submarine’. The three artists share a combined audience of 20 million monthly listeners at Spotify alone, each achieving their own global landmark moment with a smash hit remix of Mike Posner’s ‘I Took A Pill in Ibiza’ (Seeb), the viral sensation ‘Someone Like You’ (BANNERS), and the immensely popular‘Following The Sun’ (SUPER-Hi).

With ‘Submarine’, the three artists have created a vivid story of a personal first summer of love – but of course, not all love lasts forever. BANNERS’ vocal class depicts snapshots of a fleeting but affecting relationship, while Seeb and SUPER-Hi’s production builds from laidback live instrumentation into a richer sonic tapestry of synths and beats, which looks to the past to create an engaging pop moment for the summer of 2023.

Seeb commented, ‘Submarine’ is a nostalgic and heart-wrenching song about a love that never quite had a chance to fully bloom. The lyrics tell the story of a past love that’s hard to forget, no matter how much time passes. This song is for anyone who’s ever had a love that got away.”

We are very excited to join forces with SUPER-Hi and BANNERS on this record. BANNERS’ style of vocals really fits the vibe we were hoping for on this song and to have him onboard is a great pleasure and honour. Also we have been fans of SUPER-Hi since their fantastic record ‘Following The Sun’ so to be able to collaborate on a production like this is a big thrill for us.”
