On Friday, slowthai released his debut album ‘Nothing Great About Britain’ to insane critical acclaim – across the board. is available to buy / stream HERE.

Just before the album dropped. Tyron Frampton – the self-titled Brexit Bandit and man from Northampton who is speaking out for a down-trodden generation, announced a live tour of forgotten towns of the UK not typically on the gig-circuit. He invited fans to choose where he should play and sold tickets for just 99p – giving a select bunch of fans a chance to see him play for a supremely affordable price. The tour took him to places such as South Shields, Ramsgate and Milton Keynes.

Today, slowthai has announced his post album tour for October – which – as expected given his rise and rise to fame, coupled with the affect his message has had on the cultural landscape, sees Ty play in some more familiar venues across the UK including the iconic Brixton Academy in London. The difference here (and there’s always a difference with this artist) is that this time, all tickets will be a fiver – five English pounds only – across the whole tour, at every venue. Once again, this gives a far wider reach of his fanbase, many of which are in financial dire straits due to the overall economic state of Britain in 2019, the chance to see their favourite new artist play live.

For slowthai, Britain is at its best when community and family bring individuals together – and what better place to connect with his fans; his family, than in a live setting.
