UK icon Tinie Tempah releases new single ‘To The Floor (Vai Descendo)’ featuring Afrojack, taken from his forthcoming fourth album, ‘The Night’s Not Dead’ – his first album in nine years.

The new track features on ‘12AM’, the second chapter of ‘The Night’s Not Dead’, which is out now. Produced by Stargate alongside Afrojack and Tropkillaz, ‘To The Floor (Vai Descendo)’ brings together the three producers with Tinie for a high-energy club record tapping into Brazilian and baile funk influences. ‘12AM’ is available here.

As the name suggests, ‘12AM’ captures the peak of a night out, moving through genres and sounds as though travelling between different club rooms. Across its four tracks, Tinie moves from the stomping two-step of ‘10 Minutes Later’ to the main-room energy of ‘To The Floor (Vai Descendo)’, the soulful house of ‘Body 2 Body’, and warehouse-ready drum and bass on ‘Backstage’.

Set for release on 16th October, ‘The Night’s Not Dead’ will be unveiled across three EPs – ‘9PM’, ‘12AM’ and ‘3AM’ – creating a series of interconnected chapters that each capture a distinct moment during a night out. ‘12AM’ follows the first instalment, ‘9PM’, which captures the anticipation of the evening ahead, while the final chapter, ‘3AM’, will move into the intimacy of the afterparty: the conversations, reflections and unexpected moments that often become the most memorable parts of the night. The three EPs will culminate in the full album, which will bring the chapters together alongside additional tracks.

Since the release of ‘9PM’, ‘Heaven or Hell’ has become a standout of Tinie’s live sets at BST Hyde Park, Boardmasters and Electric Picnic, with crowd-reaction videos racking up over half a million views online.

Later this year, Tinie is set to embark on a run of UK, Ireland and European dates as part of ‘The Night’s Not Dead’ Tour, kicking off in Stockholm on 16th November, ahead of a London stop at the Roundhouse on 3rd December. Tickets are available here.
