YEONJUN, unveiled his second mini album NO LABELS: PART 02 today alongside the music video for its lead single “Ice Cream.”

Building upon the foundation of NO LABELS: PART 01, which marked the beginning of his journey as a solo artist, NO LABELS: PART 02 broadens the scope of that vision. Rather than defining himself by a single style or identity, YEONJUN continues to challenge his own creative boundaries, embracing new sounds, perspectives, and forms of expression. The result is his most fully realized solo work to date, reflecting an artist who refuses to be confined by labels.

YEONJUN once again participated throughout the creative process, contributing to both songwriting and choreography. Across six tracks that move fluidly through rap rock, funk rock, R&B, pop, and alternative hip hop, the album showcases an artist driven less by genre than by curiosity, confidence, and a constant desire to evolve.

The lead single “Ice Cream” is a refreshing summer track that cleverly compares romance to ice cream: something that can melt away under too much heat or leave the sting of a brain freeze when rushed. Vintage drums, addictive bass lines, and guitar riffs create an effortlessly stylish sound that balances playfulness with emotional tension.

Performance sits at the heart of “Ice Cream.” Stripping away flashy choreography, the performance instead emphasizes intentional movement, facial expression, and character. YEONJUN participated in creating the choreography, incorporating witty gestures inspired by melting ice cream and brain freeze to transform the song’s central metaphor into a distinctive stage performance.

The music video further expands the song’s storytelling through refined visual composition and subtle symbolism. Set against familiar everyday locations, its playful narrative and expressive performance capture the emotional push and pull of a relationship while highlighting YEONJUN’s natural screen presence.
