Brixton artist Santino Le Saint today shares his haunting new single ‘Call You When I Get Home’ produced by Sidney Swift (Beyonce, Future, Jhene Aiko, Gucci Mane). Inspired by a late night drunken phone call; ‘Call You When I Get Home’ combines the smooth depths of r&b with the bounce of a throwback hip hop production.

Speaking of the track, Santino said –

“This was written in LA about my girlfriend who was in London. We were arguing because I didn’t call her enough. I was out there for work and she thought I was out partying and to be honest sometimes I was. One night I left her I drunk a voicemail. I turned it into this song. This is only the second song I’ve released which I didn’t produce myself, working with Sidney was a real experience, the guy is a genius and we really wanted to make something that felt cinematic and epic”

Since releasing his debut in 2018, Santino has consistently shared haunting cuts; telling dark, romantic stories born out of honest personal experiences. Following festival appearances at Field Day and MELT Festival, tomorrow will see Santino bring his electric live show to iconic late night venue XOYO – Tickets/More Info

Santino crafts dark R&B; merging sultry instrumentation with a thread of melancholy that draws influence from artists such as Lana Del Ray and Frank Ocean. As the son of legendary hip-hop producer Charlie Parker (57 Dynasty), 21-year-old Santino grew up around music, learning piano and guitar from age 8. Growing up on the sounds of rock icons such as Jimi Hendrix, Nirvana and Ozzy Osbourne, Santino’s overcast and cinematic productions are often accompanied by his signature electric guitar solos.

A multifaceted artist, in 2019 Santino founded Cloud X; a multi-disciplinary arts collective comprised of artists, music industry execs, content creators and more. Santino’s recent projects with Cloud X includes collaborations with ‘King of Glamour’ Julien MacDonald and rising streetwear brand Maria Gulina. Santino’s collection with Maria Gulina launches tomorrow night; their combined energies, aesthetics and visuals creating a bespoke collection of t-shirts and phone cases.
