Frances release her sophomore album, Wonder. Consisting of eight tracks written, produced and performed entirely by the songstress, this triumphant album certainly proves Frances’ pop star prowess goes further than just her singing abilities. Frances has explained, Wonder is the album I’ve always wanted to make but never knew how, until now. Writing and producing it myself and having that singular vision has been the most important part of the whole thing. It wasn’t made in an expensive studio, it was all made and recorded in my home and those circumstances allowed me to be totally fearless. It’s literally me, wrapped up in a body of work and that makes it scary but so special to release.” Wonder is available to stream/download now, here.

Alongside this highly-anticipated album release, Frances has also revealed the heart-warming animated video for single, Other Side Of The WorldCreated by Rachael Olga Lloyd, it sees two rather lonely characters clearly longing for one another in houses on opposite ends of their little world. Rachael has said of her thought process and the concept, “The song is predominately about a relationship, but I think it also reflects how we all feel dealing with lockdown at the moment. This powerless feeling of not being able to see your loved ones even if they are living next door. Many people are feeling isolated and claustrophobic staying in their homes. I wanted to visualise these feelings in this film with a house that grows smaller while plants grow wild outside, and a couple who seem to occupy different spaces but could be in one.” This animated video is part of a bigger series, which will be revealed soon. Watch the video for Other Side Of The World, here.
