Fresh from her critically acclaimed gig at Hammersmith’s Eventim Apollo and a sold-out homecoming Spotlight Show at Brighton Dome during The Great Escape Festival, Maisie Peters has released ‘Two Weeks Ago’ (listen HERE), a sombre, reflective offering from her hotly-anticipated new album ‘The Good Witch’, arriving 23rd June via Gingerbread Man Records/Asylum (pre-order HERE).
A pared-back track about the moments we take for granted and the regrets that surface when they come to an end, ‘Two Weeks Ago’ was written in real-time, together with long-time collaborators and producers Brad Ellis (Anne-Marie, Jorja Smith) and Jez Ashurst (Anne-Marie, One Republic).
Earlier this week, Maisie announced ‘An Evening With The Good Witch’ – six acoustic outstore performances in association with record stores across the UK. Further details and tickets are available now HERE. Fans will also get a chance to catch Maisie live on ‘The Road To Wembley’ UK and Ireland tour this autumn. The seven date run will visit Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester, Dublin, Birmingham and Bristol before culminating in a milestone show at London’s OVO Arena Wembley on 3rd November.
