The Teskey Brothers release ‘Remember The Time’ – the final glimpse into their third studio album, The Winding Way – out Friday 16th June. A nostalgic gem that feels like one of your favourite classic soul songs, ‘Remember The Time’ reflects on love in its many shapes and forms – a celebration of how relationships grow and develop through tough times, while also accepting that we may never really stop yearning for the ‘good old days’. ‘Remember The Time’ heaves with the energy of a room full of musicians, basking in the simplicity of jamming together on a great soul track and having a whole lot of fun in the process. Watch the video for ‘Remember The Time’ here.

Of the single, vocalist Josh Teskey says:  “‘Remember The Time’ is a song of love and relationships as they grow older, as they change and wind their way throughout hard and difficult times. But the winding way doesn’t always change things for the worst. In ‘Remember The Time’ I’m trying to see the positive in the change, while mourning the old young care free selves that we used to be. I hope it’s something that a lot of people can relate to.”

‘Remember The Time’ arrives three weeks before the release of The Teskey Brothers’ forthcoming new record, following previous singles ‘London Bridge’‘Take My Heart’ and ‘Oceans of Emotions’, of which all three videos formed a continuous narrative, a trilogy that has been embraced by fans worldwide. The brothers are currently playing to sold-out crowds across the UK & Europe (selling over 40,000 tickets), as well as summer festivals and high-profile support slots with Bruce Springsteen and Hozier. The band will tour North America throughout August, September & October, with shows selling fast!

The Winding Way is a bigger and more adventurous record than The Teskey Brothers’ first two albums. “A classy record” says Sam Teskey. And while it’s a more poised approach, each track is bursting with life in a way that simply can’t be denied. It’s a record that will sit comfortably amongst the songbook greats and propel The Teskey Brothers onwards to their inevitable place in the canon.

Four years after the boys from Warrandyte’s globe-conquering second LP, Run Home Slow (2019), that followed their debut LP Half Mile Harvest (2017), the artistic vision of vocalist Josh Teskey and his brother, guitarist and engineer Sam Teskey is more defined than ever.
