Yungblud brought his Idols World Tour to Manchester’s AO Arena on Saturday 25 April 2026, delivering a high-energy performance as part of the UK and Ireland leg of the tour.
The Doncaster-born artist, real name Dominic Harrison, is on the road in support of his album Idols (released in 2025 and described as part one of a double album). The tour spans multiple continents, with UK arena dates including stops in Dublin, London, and culminating in Manchester.
Special guests on the night included The Warning and The Molotovs, who warmed up the crowd before Yungblud took the stage at approximately 9:15pm.
The setlist featured a strong selection of tracks from the new album alongside established fan favourites. It opened with “Hello Heaven, Hello” and included songs such as “The Funeral”, “Idols Pt. I”, “Lovesick Lullaby”, “My Only Angel”, “fleabag”, “Lowlife”, “Changes”, “I Need You (To Make The World Seem Fine)”, “Fire”, “superdeadfriends”, “Loner”, “Ghosts”, “Zombie”, and “Suburban Requiem”. A taped intro of Black Sabbath’s “War Pigs” also featured in the show.
Yungblud’s live shows are known for their raw energy, blending punk, rock, and pop elements with themes of mental health, self-acceptance, and rebellion. The AO Arena date marked a significant home-country performance for the artist, who has built a dedicated global following through consistent touring and authentic connection with fans. The Idols World Tour continues into 2026 with further dates across North America and beyond, including arena and amphitheatre stops in the US and Canada starting in early May. Earlier tour legs have already taken the show to Australia and Europe, highlighting Yungblud’s growing international presence.Manchester fans experienced the typical chaotic yet inclusive atmosphere associated with his performances, where mosh pits and sing-alongs reflect the community spirit he cultivates. The show formed part of a series of “mammoth arena shows” announced for the UK and Ireland, underscoring the scale of the current tour cycle.
Yungblud continues to push boundaries as a boundary-pushing artist with multiple UK No.1 albums and billions of streams to his name. The Manchester stop on 25 April 2026 added another memorable chapter to his live reputation.
